CONDITIONS OF YOUR ORDER

PROHIBITATION OF RESALE

PURECONCEPTSTORE reserves the right to limit the quantities of product sold as it sees fit. It is a condition that you do not purchase any products for the purpose of using, selling or supplying them as part of a commercial business. Orders may be placed for personal use only. You must not use this Website to purchase Products for any commercial use whatsoever. This includes using our products to advertise or promote your own goods or services unless you have our prior written consent. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER AND ORDER PROCESS

In order to process an order, you must select the Product you wish to buy and click the “Add to Cart” or “Buy it now” The selected Products will then be included in the “Cart” and the order can be placed by filling out the order form and accepting the Terms and Conditions.

Prior to submitting your order you must verify the accuracy of the information you have provided and make the necessary changes if not.

The order is submitted when you click the “Pay Now” After placing an order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation from us acknowledging that we have received your order.

Please note that clicking the “Pay Now” button does not mean that your order has been accepted and purchase completed. AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to change the assortment of items offered on the Website from time to time without prior notice to customers. We will not be liable if any Product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable.

VARIATION TO STOCK

All our products are quality checked, variation to stock occurs due to the character of the product (recycled or handmade) or from batch to batch. Some of our products are hand made by artisans so the unique variation in design, pattern and colours are characteristics of the product which enhance its beauty and do not consider as defective. PURECONCEPTSTORE will not replace, credit or refund in such cases, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify us if this is vital to their project.

Our goods are individually hand made and hand woven items and as such they are subject to the following variations, which are not considered faults or defects:

Size: being a hand made article, the size can vary by +/-10% from the size ordered.

Colour: the goods are made primarily from natural and undyed fibres. Every effort is made to ensure there is minimal colour variation however some variation can be expected.

Fading: Placing goods in direct and continuous sunlight will cause them to fade.

Design & Construction: Minor variations may be evident, which is due to the fact that the goods are handmade item including line/ weave thickness.

Shading: Due to changes in pile and weave direction shading may occur and is a natural characteristic hand made and hand woven items.

STYLE VS ENVIRONMENT

Please choose carefully when considering certain items, style vs environment is very important, consider the product and the material they are made from whether it will be suitable We will not refund, credit or exchange if it obvious that these items are not suitable in this situation. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The prices of our Products are indicated in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of applicable taxes and excluding shipping costs if any. All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are ordering from outside Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can still order via Paypal. Your currency will automatically be converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank or credit provider for details. The final charge to your card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit card provider. For this reason we are not able to take responsibility for the final amount charged to your credit card or PayPal account. Some countries charge customs fees or taxes. These taxes will be paid by the customer. PURECONCEPTSTORE cannot always inform its customers about these possible extra charges.

We reserve the right to modify the price of Products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice to you. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Website at the time the order was confirmed by you by clicking on the “Pay Now” button. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Website or to cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate. Any payments made by you will be refunded in full in such circumstances.

We only accept payment through PayPal. You can use the PayPal payment gateway to pay by credit card or with your PayPal account.

PAYMENT TERMS WHOLESALE ORDERS

All orders – A pro-forma invoice will be issued for payment. Full payment must be received within 7 days from date of order placed, goods will not be dispatched until paid in full.

Cancellation – If payment has not been received after this time goods will be returned to stock. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check your order/invoice for any discrepancies ie. product code, style or description, size and delivery address. Payment can be made via Paypal.

TITLE AND RISK

Products ordered by you will remain our property until we have received full payment for the Products and you hereby grant a security interest in such Products until full payment has been

The risk in the Products passes to you when the Products are loaded at our warehouse for delivery to you.

SHIPPING

During the ordering procedure, we will inform you of the standard time required for delivery and the various forms of delivery available for the Products purchased. You will be asked to select the shipping method as a part of the ordering procedure. Delivery costs, if any, depend on the value of the order, size and weight of the Product and the delivery service chosen. We reserve the right to divide the order into partial shipments. In this case your credit or debit card will only be charged for a single shipment.

We deliver Products via third party couriers and postal carriers. We aim to process and pack your order within two business days of receipt however shipping times will vary depending on your location. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
